Motivated leader with a strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Seasoned certified occupational therapy assistant with more than 21 years of experience with 6 years of management in fast-paced skilled nursing facility. I transitioned to a memory care director at an assisted living facility. My heart grew even bigger as I was able to create a sensory enriched environment so the resident could maximize their quality of life. I was appointed a seat with the Alzheimer's task force on January 2019-. Task force was established by Amended Senate Bill 24 to examine the needs of individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias, the services available in the stated of Ohio for those individuals, and the ability of health care providers and facilities to meet the individual's current and future needs. I have realized that at this time in my life I am ready to make a career change and help your loved ones!
