I have 41+ months experience helping care for a friend who suffered a brain aneurysm & stroke which included helping her bathe, get dressed, assist her going down (& up ) stairs, administer her oral meds, prep & cook meals, do housework, grocery shop, and transport her to OT and PT dr. appointments . We enjoyed each other's company chatting, laughing & watching her favorite TV shows & movies together, and we got out and walked as much as possible!! We went out to lunch, which included joining my mom We also did some crafts such as paint rocks, go to paint & sip classes and play Mexican train dominos. God healed her to be quite independent ( though she can't drive ). I am NOT comfortable helping with bathing ; sorry !! I am NOT a CNA, but I will do my absolute best to help your lives be happier & easier!!
