I am a certified Recreation Therapist. I also hold a BA in Studio Art from UMD. While attending college, I was a nanny. I stayed with the family for two fantastic years. I have experience taking care of infants and toddlers and planning appropriate stimulating activities for them! I also enjoy and have many years of experience caring for older children. I plan fun art projects and enjoy spending time outside. During my free time I enjoy sculpting, drawing, painting, spending time with pets and working in my flower and vegetable garden. Tina was a nanny for our 4 and 6 year olds for about 9 months. She was reliable, great with the kids, worked with them on a lot of creative art projects and science experiments, and helped teach age appropriate responsibilities. The kids loved her and I found her to be direct, professional, and a pleasure to work with. With the new school year starting our kids will both be in school during the day, so we no longer need full time care.
