I'd describe my personality as friendly, fun, and caring. I started tutoring after school for students in my classroom needing a more quiet and individualized style of instruction with less interruptions and distractions. Many classrooms today are filled with interruptions and distractions that make it very difficult for students to focus on instruction and grow emotionally and academically at an appropriate pace. Having a tutor can restore and encourage a love for learning and make it engaging and fun again. It also provides increased opportunities for focus on your child's individual learning styles and hands on experiences not usually well managed in crowded classrooms. Tutoring is an opportunity that is flexible, interactive, rewarding, and makes a difference in the lives of people, big or little.
