My time as a senior caregiver has been the most rewarding, fun and challenging experience of my life. I have had one client, but we spent 8 and a half great years together. Things became more difficult as time passed, but their personality never went away. I look forward to the next experience. After she passed on, I eventually started working as a CNA at a rehab facility in Greenwich, CT. That has been its own experience which has taught me much, but I'm definitely looking to go one on one with a new client again.
