If I could give ten stars, I would. Tim watched our two kids 6 and 8, during the summer break. Our son has ADHD and requires a caregiver who understands what that means. Tim was able to make him feel seen and heard. Tim was thoughtful and engaging. Every week he created a lesson plan full of crafts and fun activities for the kids. Even better, he knew when to be flexible and when to hold firm- sometimes the activities worked, sometimes they didn't. He was an EXCELLENT communicator and we talked through any tough situation and came up with a plan for how to move forward together. If you get the chance to work with Tim, you are lucky.
