I'd describe my personality as Nurturing encouraging affectionate I like working with kids because they give me hope for a better America. They're sponges I love to pour love into them and encourage them to do the same for others I'm looking for a job that I look forward to going to somewhere I feel as though I'm making a difference. I was a young mother and struggled with childcare when my children were young. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old I worked in a fee childcare centers before moving to healthcare In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking meals for them taking my grandchildren to their sports events One thing you should know about me is I'm a mother of 4 3 daughters and 1 son. I'm very close to my children. I have 8 grandchildren and 1 more on the way. My skills include listening, knowing how to redirect and being very attentive to individual needs
