About Tikea

Hi! My name is Tikea. I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services, and I will be graduating in 2026. I have over six years of experience caring for children in various settings, including daycares, summer camps, and family homes. My passion for working with children runs deep I love helping them grow, explore, and discover who they are. I've worked with kids of all ages, including those with speech delays, anxiety, and sensory needs. I create a warm, safe, and engaging environment by balancing fun with structure. Through my studies, I've gained valuable insight into child development and emotional regulation, which I apply daily in my work. I am reliable, patient, and hands-on, always looking for creative ways to connect with children through music, art, learning, and play.
