I like caring for seniors because I enjoy caring for senior citizens because I value making people feel respected, comfortable, and supported especially during times when they may need extra help. I like building real connections and being someone families can rely on, my hospice experience, I've also found it really meaningful to support both clients and their families during more sensitive stages, and to bring a calm, steady presence into those situations. I'm looking for a job that I'm looking for a position where I can provide consistent, high-quality care and really make a difference in people's daily lives. I value a supportive environment with clear communication, and I'm especially interested in roles where I can use my hospice experience to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Having reliable hours and working with a team or clients who value dignity and respect is also very important to me.
