About Tiffany

Tiffany took care of my sister for several years. She started when my sister was still living in her home. When we determined that it was in her best interest to move her to an assisted living facility, we kept Tiffany as a safeguard for my sister's care. When it became necessary to move her to memory care, we had Tiffany with her much of the time to keep Madeline watched out for. It was good we did because that facility was not monitoring Madeline's wound care as they were supposed to. Tiffany kept us well informed plus the local family dropped in often at odd hours to monitor her. We ended up moving her closer to her eldest son, again keeping Tiffany on board. When Covid hit, that facility would not even let residents out of their Apts or let family in. Tiffany was her part time caretaker and they could not keep her from Madeline...thank goodness! After the poor treatment through Covid, we moved Madeline to a beautiful new facility near her youngest daughter and myself. Thankfully, Tiffany was available to continue her wonderful caretaking and companionship at the new facility. She remained with Madeline until her peaceful passing. There was no deed we requested of Tiffany that she couldn't or wouldn't do...she took Madeline to any appt needed and sat in every medical situation while having my nephew on the phone. We trusted Tiffany from the moment we met her and it was always a sense of gratitude we had knowing Tiffany was keeping a watchful eye and when Madeline needed soiled clothes or linens changed, Tiffany took it upon herself instead of calling facility personnel who might not be available for a long period. She got her favorite foods and sat with her while she had the tv blaring or was walking the halls. She gave Madeline many a bath when accidents happened. Tiffany became family and we were beyond blessed to have her for so many years to care for our beloved Madeline...sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
