About Tiffany

I have previously spent six summers nannying for families with children varying between the ages of 6 months and 12 years. I also nannied full time for a family with 1 child for 2 years. I have a Bachelor's degree (BAE) in elementary education with a minor in early childhood education. I also have a Master's degree (MSE) in instructional technology. I previously taught third grade for one year, and have worked at two childcare centers. At one center I was the school age program coordinator; at the other I was the assistant director. This past year I worked as an elementary school librarian. I have knowledge about the development of children, how to engage them in fun, educational activities, and how to care for them. I enjoy reading, crafting, watching movies, traveling, singing, being active, and spending time with animals, especially my cats. I'm currently looking for full time nannying jobs.

Tiffany worked as a 30+ hour a week nanny over June-August 2019. She did an outstanding job with our then 4 year old and 10 month old girls. I love how she spent one-on-one time with our oldest daughter teaching her letters and reading skills. She played games, did activities, read books, went on walks to the park, hand-made cut out sugar cookies with them, painted, etc. She did so good managing meals, snacks, naps, temper tantrums, the high up and down emotions that all kids tend to have. She talked to them at their level and they really respected, loved and cherished their time with Tiffany. Our 10 month old was so comfortable in her care, and Tiffany always managed to get a giggle out of her. She will be missed as she continues her career as an elementary educator in the fall!
