Tiffany is amazing with Frankie. He is not just a corgi, he is also a super-hero. He becomes airborne when he gets to running. Lol. She is very loving, attentive, nurturing, and gentle. He gets so excited and actually smiles when he sees her. I know he will be safe in her care and trust her with his life.
