About Tiffany

Through my volunteer work at Kaiser Permanente as a COPE Health Scholar, I gained meaningful experience in senior care by assisting elderly patients with mobility support, patient transport, and ensuring their comfort during clinical visits. I developed strong communication skills by interacting with older adults from diverse backgrounds, addressing their concerns with patience and empathy. This experience strengthened my understanding of geriatric care, including the importance of attentiveness, dignity, and individualized support in promoting both physical and emotional well-being.
