About Tiffany

*Now in the Sacramento area* In 2015 I got my start working in a daycare with up to 30 children at a time, ages 2-10. In 2017 I moved on to working at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders as a therapist for 2 years. I worked with children aged 2-18 and I gained a solid understanding of the needs of neurodivergent children and how to help them thrive in their environments. I also gained a new point of view and ability to help children replace behaviors that are harmful to themselves or others without restricting them to a rigid view of what is "normal". I love working with children because they have such a fresh and excited view of the world! Everything is new and thrilling, they're experiencing big feelings for the first time, and they have such an incredible aptitude for learning. I spent some time in administration and I'm looking to get back to the excitement of working with kiddos and soak up some of the wonder in their worlds.
