About Tiffany

There are very few people we could recommend as wholeheartedly as Tiffany. For nearly four years, Tiffany has been our full-time nanny and an irreplaceable part of our family. She joined us when our oldest was just two months old and has lovingly cared for both of our children ever since. The only reason we’re saying goodbye is because we’ve been fortunate enough to reach a point where one of us can stay home full-time. If our circumstances were different, we would keep Tiffany forever. She has truly become part of our family, and while we’re excited for this next chapter, saying goodbye to Tiffany is undoubtedly the hardest part. What makes Tiffany so special isn’t just that she’s an incredible caregiver—it’s the way she sees childhood. She is calm, endlessly patient, joyful, and wonderfully silly in all the best ways. She makes even ordinary days feel like adventures. More importantly, she loves our children as if they were her own. You can feel it in the way she talks to them, advocates for them, celebrates them, and always thinks about what’s best for them—not just what’s easiest in the moment. As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing the person caring for your children loves them that deeply. One of the biggest gifts Tiffany gave our children was a childhood filled with wonder, curiosity, and adventure. She planned themed weeks around our son’s interests, turning trips to the library, museums, farms, botanical gardens, playgrounds, and countless other places into meaningful learning experiences. We actually decided against preschool because we truly felt he was receiving a richer, more personalized education with Tiffany than he would have in a traditional classroom. Tiffany never limited herself to “nanny duties.” She was always looking for ways to help our family—whether that meant keeping up with the kids’ laundry, helping during the postpartum season, tidying the house, or simply noticing what needed to be done and doing it without being asked. She genuinely cared about making our lives easier. One thing we’ve always found telling is how often other parents noticed Tiffany. More than once, families approached us after seeing her with our children to ask if she was our nanny—and if she’d ever be interested in nanny sharing. They could immediately see what we were fortunate enough to experience every day: someone who is deeply engaged, incredibly capable, and who genuinely loves the children in her care. We feel unbelievably grateful that Tiffany helped shape our children’s earliest years. She has been so much more than a nanny—she has been a trusted partner, a sounding board, and someone who has made us better parents simply by being part of our lives. We will miss her dearly, but we know another family is going to be incredibly lucky to have her. We truly cannot recommend her highly enough.
