Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, fostering their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles solidified my desire to continue making a positive impact. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR and First Aid Training. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I respect a care recipient's independence. I provide respite care, transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and assist with medical management. I always follow the family's preferred communication method.
