With 27 years of experience caring for and educating children, I've had the privilege of wearing many hats organizer, peacemaker, personal assistant, caregiver, nanny, sitter, teacher, and tutor. No matter the role, I approach every family and every child with patience, dedication, and genuine love.

I've created a warm, child-centered environment in my home where little ones feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Whether I'm caring for children in my home or yours, I focus on nurturing curious minds, inspiring creativity, and helping each child discover the joy of learning.

Children amaze me every day, and it's truly an honor to play a positive role in their growth. Helping young minds grow,, feel confident, and thrive is where my heart is.

My 3 year old has been with Miss T since February and is doing so amazing. My daughter is ASD and had very little socialization up until she started with Miss T. The improvements are incredible. Miss T works with her closely and provides the care she needs to be able to be an active and happy toddler. 

Tiffany was amazing with our baby! She helped us with her when she was 3-7 months as needed. Our girl was a bit fussy but Tiffany was always able to soothe her and get her comfortable. She even played music and played with her instead of just having her lay there . We moved out of state or else I would have definitely wanted to keep Tiffany around long term for our girl! 

Tiffany is so kind and nurturing. She goes above and beyond. We have 3 children. Two have some extra needs and she has always been so loving and kind and treated them as if they were her own. 

Tiffany has been a huge help teaching our two children: our three year old son and 15 month old daughter. Every day Tiffany brings new activities to teach our son to read and begin to write. She's incredibly patient, even when he's more in the mood to play than learn. He's made rapid progress in a very short time, going from only being able to write while tracing letters, to writing his name. 

In the beginning, our daughter suffered from some separation anxiety and Tiffany handled it perfectly. She gently worked with our daughter to put her at ease, and within a week, she was playing and learning right alongside her brother.

We can't recommend Tiffany enough. She's an asset to the family and our two children adore her. 

Our biggest regret is leaving the state is that our family will miss Tiffany.

Even though we only had the pleasure of having Tiffany as our nanny for a short while (we had changes to our work schedules), I can't say enough good things about her. She was always on time, clearly loved our little boy, and worked every day to teach him new things. She helped him with his motor skills and was even starting to teach him sign language. She is very experienced and knows her stuff. I would even ask her questions when I was unsure when changing his eating/sleeping schedule. I would hire Tiffany back in a heartbeat, and any family who gets to work with her is very lucky!

Tiffany did babysitting for our infant starting at the age of 13 weeks to 22 weeks old. 
We can tell that Tiffany has a way with babies as she made a quick connection with our infant. She had open communication with us; she always informed us early morning if she was unable to make it. She was always ON TIME!

We have had Tiffany Grace our family as our children's Nanny for about a year now. I knew once I interviewed her that I had to keep her! She is very knowledgeable, has lots of experience in Preschool and Day care settings as well as tutoring. She has an AWESOME way in dealing with children and is so caring and considerate. She is currently watching my 2 sons aged 3.5yrs & 1yr old.  

I had such a hard time transitioning back to work because of breastfeeding issues and my baby refusing the bottle, no one could get my baby to take the bottle except for Tiffany and that was the most reassuring feeling for a mother & I was able to get back to work and life!

We have had several babysitters in the past for my older son, & you get what you pay for. She is worth every penny and you will not be disappointed! She goes above and beyond her role I actually call her my kid's 2nd mom and my personal assistant in raising Healthy, Happy, Well adjusted kids! We will miss her when we move to Canada

Tiffany was my daughter's preschool teacher.  We absolutely adore her.  She is patient, knowledgeable and resourceful.  If we were in a pinch for someone to watch our girls, I would definitely use her.  Highly recommend her. 

My kids have so much fun with Tiffany. That said, she can also keep them in line when need be. She has lots of experience working with kids from a daycare and other jobs. When my daughter was about 3 1/2 she would have terrible melt downs at school. Tiffany was so patient with her and helped her get through it. She still helps us on date nights and my kids get so excited whenever I tell them Miss Tiffany is coming over! 

Tiffany goes beyond what is expected of her and she has made my life so much easier, knowing that my baby is in loving caring hands, I never have to worry when I am at work. When she cares for my little one I know she is taken care of.
She has also helped me navigate lots of aspects of new motherhood.

Tiffany was fantastic! She worked with my child's needs and was patient enough to see through them and help my child learn. She had some great tools to help with behavior and emotions, which my child still uses today. 

Tiffany is great with kids and kids love her.  I have full trust on her, and both of my girls have really benefited from their tutoring sessions with her.
I fully recommend Tiffany to others.

Tiffany is so much fun!!!  My kids come running to hug her when she is there. I also like that she helps me with techniques to help my kids (ex how to help them calm down). I am homeschooling my kids and she definitely helps reinforce and add to what I am teaching them. 

I never have to worry when Tiffany is with my boys. 

Miss Tiffany is an excellent teacher.  She is one of the best teachers my children have ever had in a preschool setting. We have gone to three preschools, so we have had experience with many teachers and none of them cared as deeply for their students as she does. She takes the time to work with each student, find their strengths, and help them with their problem areas. She encourages each child to reach their full potential, and remains in control of her room. The children respect her and she respects them. 

Miss Tiffany first had my daughter as a pre-Kindergarten teacher. She not only motivated her to learn but also helped her control her temper. Tiffany was able to prepare her not only educationally but positively worked with her personality as well. When it was time for Kindergarten the teacher said she was already testing at a first and second grade level. I attribute most of that to Miss Tiffany.

This year she was my son's Kindergarten teacher. He came in with poor handwriting, knowing few sight words, and no ability to read. Within three months, he could write his name perfectly, knew all of the kindergarten sight words, and could read short stories.  She is incredible! I don't know how she did it but he wanted to do homework at night. He could not wait to go to school every day.

Miss Tiffany is by far, the most consistent, structured, and caring teacher. She expects a lot from the children.  She has not only met my demands for an excellent teacher, but she has exceeded them. She goes above and beyond any teacher I have ever had.

Tiffany was my son's day care teacher for the last 3 years. She is an amazing teacher who truly cares for the children she teaches/cares for. Tiffany has a great ability to recognize the learning level of each child and help them to continue to grow and excel at all they do. She loves being with and teaching children. It was easy to see how much she enjoys teaching/caring for children by her interactions with them. I have never heard her raise her voice in anger. Tiffany always has a creative solution to help children work through issues they may be having. My sons both adore Tiffany and my husband and I are both very appreciative of the way she teaches children and is able to manage a group of children. She is an excellent care provider and we are extremely happy to have her as a care provider for us. I highly recommend Tiffany as a care provider for your children!
