Caring for others is more than a profession for me; it's a lifelong passion. I've spent 35 years supporting adults and seniors, including caring for my two disabled uncles and working with seniors and TBI clients before nursing school. Now, I'm seeking a more personal caregiving experience after retiring as a Registered Nurse. As a natural caregiver I bring patience, compassion, and a friendly approach to every interaction. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and offer light housekeeping. I keep families informed through verbal updates or their preferred communication method. I have obtained a vast amount of knowledge in my lifetime for caring for others loved ones. Building trust and knowing that my client's best interests are always at heart is very important to me.
