I started the hiring process with Tiffany two months before she was supposed to start. She was supposed to pick up my two elementary school children from the bus and take them to their activities Monday-Friday. This is my first time ever using care.com and a nanny. A day and a half before her start date, she messaged saying she had to leave town on an emergency and didn’t know when she would be back leaving me completely stranded. I am so dumb founded…..
