About Tiffany

I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience caring for children, both professionally and as a parent of four. Raising kids ages 19, 17, 15, and 12 has given me a deep understanding of different developmental stages, patience, and the ability to handle a wide range of situations calmly and effectively. I've also worked in daycare settings, where I learned how to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while managing multiple children at once. I'm comfortable with routines, meal prep, activities, and making sure each child feels supported and cared for. With my associate degree and years of experience, I'm dependable, attentive, and truly passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel secure.
