About Tiffany

Empowering students to unlock their unique potential drives my nine years of tutoring experience. I specialize in Math, English, Test Preparation, Computers, and Business for college-level students. My approach focuses on teaching you to solve problems independently and in reverse, which builds the critical thinking skills necessary for long-term success. I assess your learning style through active observation, adjusting my methods to match your needs. By connecting complex concepts to current real-world events, I keep our sessions engaging and relevant. I believe clear communication between tutor, student, and parent is essential for fostering independence. Witnessing your "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I hold a college degree in Business & Finance and I am happy to meet at your home, a library, or a local center. I look forward to the joy of helping you reach a point where you feel confident and capable on your own.
