About Tiffany

I am a compassionate caregiver with 10 years of experience supporting seniors and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I currently work as a Case Manager for a home care company, where I coordinate care and advocate for clients to ensure they receive the support they need. Helping others has always been my passion. There is nothing more rewarding to me than making a positive difference in someone's daily life. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My approach to caring is rooted in patience, empathy, kindness, and respect. I am happy to assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, running errands, and accompanying clients in the community. I strive to provide dependable, personalized care that helps them feel valued and supported. Building trust with every individual I care for is one of my top priorities and keeping open communication with the client and their family.
