I've cleaned for over 20 years for different companies and owning my own. Basic cleaning cost is based on a home with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. In a basic cleaning, I clean mirrors, dust lighting fixtures and wood furniture, wipe down the surface of large and small appliance, clean counter tops, sinks and bathtubs, shower stalls and of course the toilets. I save the best for last! I vacuum all hard flooring and carpets, mop, and take the trash out. The first-time cleaning and as needed include dusting ceiling fan blades, accessible baseboards, dusting blinds, and wiping down cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathrooms. I supply all the cleaning supplies and equipment but am happy to use yours as well.
