Former day care preschool teacher & mother of Twin girls. Moved back to Galveston to help my mom and attend school. I love children & I believe I adjust well to different environments & requirements when it comes to different families.

Tiffany babysat my 2 month old son for over a month. She was great. She was caring and reliable. She made notes about his daily schedule and kept me informed about everything. She was always on time and was very courteous to everyone in my family.

I just called to interview her but she was basically non-responsive and hung up on me. Very strange. Very bad vibe. Definitely not what I expected after reading some of the positive reviews. I had already wondered why a 25 year old had no driver's license.  

We hired Tiffani in October 2014 to be a live-in Nanny to help care for our micro-preemie newborn son. She has been a blessing and provided excellent care for him. He came home from the hospital after spending 4 months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. He was effectively a 2-month old (adjusted age) and stable by that point, but still required oxygen via nasal cannulas and had a depressed immune system. She jumped right in and was not phased. She asked all the right questions and worked with us to develop the daily routine of care before my wife had to go back to work. She was diligent about hand washing and cleanliness and took great notes during the day to track his oxygen saturation levels. Over the past 5 months, she has worked with him daily to help catch him up and today he is fully off oxygen. She has been helpful around the house both on & off the clock and communicates well regarding her plans after hours. She is courteous and thoughtful of noise and lights after the boys go down for the night. She has even helped other families in our neighborhood by babysitting at night and/or on weekends for them after she is done helping with our boys (to great reviews). I believe she will be an asset to any family that could use her help and recommend Tiffani as a very good Nanny.  The only reason we let her go is because he has progressed and grown enough to strengthen his body and immune system to be cleared by his pediatrician to enter daycare, which has always been our goal and plan (and to join his older brother there as well to make the scheduling a bit easier for us). Tiffani is a natural at working with children. She is loving, but most importantly she focuses on building a trusting relationship with each child by getting down to their level and finding what interests them. My 18-month-old son loves playing and reading books with Tiffani.

She is responsible and very passionate about children being raised in a safe and loving environment.

Tiffani was the best thing that happened to us. She is reliable, sweet, joyful. She was always very flexible with our schedule and would offer her help even if she was off her work time. 

Tiffani came to our family and it was a great addition. She is a kind person, very reliable and always ready to help and learn. She is very organized and always kept her space very clean. Tiffani is easy going and has a great skill with children. She was very honest during the interview and gave us all the information we asked for. She helped with the baby and as well with light house chores like laundry, tidying up the house, toys and kitchen. She is amazing with animals and several times helped even when on her off time. I highly recommend her and will be happy to answer any questions.

For fear of an anger-filled reply (as another reviewer got) I almost didn't leave this review, but this seems to be a pattern, so I thought I'd warn you. Tiffani was due to interview with us two days ago. I emailed 48 hours beforehand to offer her a (paid) 'trial' looking after our son for a couple of hours straight after the interview so she'd have a chance to get to know him and so we'd have a better idea of how well she'd interact with him. She never replied and did not come for the interview. And no, I'm not lying, before you accuse me of that, Tiffani.

Tiffani was great. My 2 year old daughter really loved her. She's very sweet and professional and she even cleaned and my place looked great. I am definitely using her as a sitter again and on a regular basis.

Tiffani was very unprofessional and unreliable. She had an interview with me today and did not show up. She did not even call to reschedule or let me know she could not make it. I would not hire her.

Tiffani cared for my girl ages 8 and 2 years, for date night. My girls loved her! Tiffani kept in touch throughout the night via text, which I absolutely loved. I would definitely hire her again.
