Tierra is amazing. She cared for my dad at the end of his life, and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. She brought such a sense of calm and peace into our home during a really hard time, not just for my dad, but for all of us. She has a natural ability to walk into a situation, quickly assess and understand what’s needed, and jump in, handling everything with both skill and kindness. I always felt like my dad was in the best possible hands with her. What also stood out to me is how much Tierra cares about doing things well and individualizing the care she gives. You can tell she’s always learning and wanting to better understand the people she cares for as well as the ways their illnesses might impact different needs.
