About Tierra

Hi! My name is Tierra, and I'm a third-year dental student at Kansas City University. I would describe myself as responsible, caring, and reliable. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, going on walks, cooking, reading, watching shows, and staying connected with my family and friends. I'm looking to stay busy outside of school doing something I truly enjoy--working with kids! I have several years of experience caring for children of different ages, including working at a daycare for two years, helping with my aunt's daycare growing up, assisting with children at my church, and babysitting for multiple families. I enjoy supporting children's development while building trust, allowing them to warm up at their own pace, and engaging them through their unique interests. I always prioritize safety, communication, and dependable care.
