Hi there! I'm Tierra - a loving mom, experienced caregiver, and early childhood educator. I've held roles as an after-school instructor, preschool teacher, substitute teacher, church nursery coordinator, tutor, nanny, and more. I have a natural passion for working with children - they are truly one of life's greatest blessings!

I've cared for kids of all ages, including those with special needs. My experience includes potty training, sleep training, meal prep, light housekeeping, homework help, and emotional support. I'm especially passionate about childhood mental health and helping children grow not only academically, but emotionally and socially too.

When I'm not in mommy mode, I love reading, being in nature, traveling when I can, and spending quality time with my sweet son.

We absolutely loved Tierra! She was such a great fit for our 2.5 year old and infant. She was great at communicating with us and I always felt at ease when my kids were in her care. We were lucky to have Tierra and would hire her again.

Tierra watched my 21 month old and was absolutely fantastic with her! Tierra has a kind, nurturing demeanor and my little girl loved her immediately! You're lucky if you get Tierra as a caregiver.

Tierra has been a blessing to our family! She watches our 11 month old daughter. She is always on time, she's reliable, and most importantly she's kind. My daughter lights up when she walks through the door. She has been working with our daughter to meet milestones, and reads to her, sings with her, and teaches her new things like clapping and walking. I highly recommend Tierra!

Tierra is absolutely phenomenal! Such a sweet individual. I'm definitely a weary mother as to having anyone watching my kids and she has took all my worries away!! She has cared for my two boys and they adore her and love how she interacts with them with activities! Highly recommend her! I will for sure be keeping her :)

Tierra jumped in to help us after our previous nanny had to quit suddenly and we were waiting on a daycare placement. If we hadn't already paid for the daycare I would have LOVED to keep Tierra with us full time. She was amazing with our little boy. She kept him busy and on his schedule all day and could not have been more patient with him when he fought an occasional nap. We feel so lucky to have found Tierra. She is an excellent communicator and is very dependable. Do not hesitate to hire her!

My son fell in love with Miss Tierra on day 1. She is very calming and sweet. She can easily manage children like my son who have difficultly regulating emotions. She was able to bring out the best in him.

We used Tierra as a part-time nanny for several weeks to fill the gap between our other providers. She was great, and if we had a continuing need for a nanny, we would definitely hire her again. She was eager to help, reliable, and engaged.

Tierra was such a sweetie when I met her & my daughter loves her already! She is always asking when can she see her again. 

Tierra is great with our daughter and very helpful with anything we request! Highly recommend her! Our daughter is always happy to see her.

Terria is a very lovely woman. she is very attentive to any child and does her job very well. she works well with children and she would be a great candidate for anyone with children.

Tierra was available on short notice. She watched my son at our home while my husband and I went out. She was on time and my five year old son really enjoyed her company. My son told me that he would want Tierra to babysit him again. She is a very nice person who I would definitely have care for my son again. 

Tierra is a sweet, loving, kind person she will give her last to make sure someone else is okay. You couldn't ask for a better person.
