About Tierra

I have been working in caregiving since 2018. I have completed my CNA training and successfully passed the Ohio state examination . I am also currently pursuing a nursing degree at Lakeland Community College. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, trustworthy and reliable. I like caring for seniors because I genuinely value the opportunity to be able to provide companionship , make sure they feel respected, comfortable, and cared for. I'm looking for a job where there is mutual trust and respect between me, the senior, and their family. I believe the best care happens when everyone is on the same page. I started caring for seniors when I was 18 years old. In my spare time, I like to read, visit different metro parks and volunteer in different organizations. One thing you should know about me is I am very kind and I treat everyone as if they're one of my own. My skills include companionship, patience and understanding and person-centered care.
