About Tierny

Hi, I'm Tierny. I'm a 24-year-old publicist, cook and lover of cartoons. I'm also CPR certified and First Aid trained. I am confident in my pet sitting skills, as I grew up with cats, ferrets, fish and outdoor animals. In addition, I have pet sat over 50 animals in my years of experience. My takeaway from working with animals is to gain their trust, treat them like a living being. The same way I'd wait for a person's permission before touching, I wait for an animal to be comfortable before physically engaging. Working with animals comes naturally if you're willing to let your empathy extend beyond the borders of species. My previous employers have described my personality as understanding, flexible and fun. I currently work in public relations and pet sit for extra money.
