About Tierny

Hi! I'm Tierny - a mom to a 2-year-old and an experienced childcare provider with over 5 years in early childhood care. I'm CPR certified and currently working toward my Bachelor's in Behavioral Health and an Associate's in Early Childcare Development. I offer in-home, low-ratio care in a calm, fully child-proofed, Montessori-inspired environment that supports independence, routine, and emotional safety. Our days focus on hands-on play, music, books, movement, creativity, and outdoor time when possible. I use the Nara Baby app to share real-time updates on diapers, meals, sleep, and activities so parents feel fully connected and informed throughout the day. I prefer caring for children close in age to my daughter for natural socialization. Parents provide meals and snacks. My goal is to provide a warm, structured, and nurturing space where children feel safe, confident, and supported.
