Tiernie is fantastic. My two high energy boys with specific needs have given her little to no trouble since I hired her. Not only does she keep them engaged she builds a bond as well. My youngest is usually extremely slow to warm up to people but he was excited ot go after just his second visit to her home. She's proactive and communicates/updates me often it's nice to feel secure when I'm called away that they are in good company. Thank you Tiernie.
