Hello! My name is Tierney! I'm new to this area and have been living with my husband on our farm for 3 yrs now in Woodhull NY! I have been with children for a season up to 6yrs, with my last position being almost two years and have worked with many families during birth & postpartum. I love to be out and about in nature, having picnics, practicing yoga, doing art projects or reading in the library with the kids! I have my Human Services degree and Public Administration degree and have worked in many daycares including private, head-start, and daycares in shelters and community centers. I have run afterschool programs and I have been a professional nanny for 15 years! I also run a holistic business so I am currently looking for a part time position to continue building my business Sanctuary and operating our farm. (With an option of occasional full time weeks throughout the year.) It would be a pleasure to work with your family and an honor to serve your children!

Tierney is AMAZING! She is always on-time, she has a great attitude, and our 4 year old daughter Tessa loves her. She shows up every morning with new activities planned to do with her. Every night when we put our daughter to bed she asks if she will get to see Tierney again in the morning! I guess the only negative we have is that Tessa gets really sad when she asks on the weekends and we tell her no, not until Monday. But we really couldn't be happier with Tierney, we are so happy to have found her! Thank you for everything that you do!!
