About Tierna-nikol

Hello! I'm Tierna, a passionate 25-year-old that just graduated from Penn State University. I have experience with Early child development as a lead teacher in a school. My degree is in human development and family studies, and my schedule is quite adaptable. My experience spans from caring for infants as young as 3 months to teenagers up to 15 years old. For six incredible years, I have been an overnight camp counselor, transitioning from a general counselor role to eventually becoming a head counselor. This journey has allowed me to effectively oversee 60 children and lead a team of 20 staff members. In the summer months, I eagerly work with children aged 6 to 15 at camp, while during the school year, my care extends to those as young as 3 months old. I'm also a certified Red Cross lifeguard, which includes being certified in first aid and CPR.
