My name is Tieasha B. I'm 31 years old. A mother of 3 young boys. Working with seniors is rewarding due to the unique perspective it offers on life, the opportunity to make a difference, and the chance to connect with individuals who have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to share. It can also be a deeply fulfilling career, fostering personal growth and a sense of purpose. I have 6 years of experience working with seniors and also individuals with intellectual disabilities. I have strongly passionate about working with seniors or individuals with intellectual disabilities because Caring for them is a way to give back and show gratitude for the sacrifices they have made to pave the way for future generations. It also allows me to learn from their life experiences and gain a deeper understanding of different perspectives. I take pride in helping the elderly like I would care for my own grandparents. I am very compassionate I take pride in helping others.
