About Tia

My current profession as a RBT has illuminated my experience with children in mentorship, camp counseling for the neurodivergent community, direct care staff for children in rehabilitation centers and also care for children in state housing. My two year tenure as a Foster Mom is my greatest contribution to child care thus far. I am certain that my resume and references would not hesitate to confirm the love and nurturing any child would receive while under my care. I am truly passionate and intentional about the families I serve. I'd describe my personality as vivacious, adventurous, and organized. I'm looking for a job that I can authentically and intentionally exercise my passion for being of service to families. A space where I can cultivate healthy boundaries and collaboration to better meet the needs of the family I work with. Please note, effective communication is top priority. In my spare time, I like to read, lounge in my hammock, complete puzzles, beach, and moongaze.
