About Tiara

Hi, I'm Tiara! I have a genuine passion for helping people and bringing a little brightness to someone's day. I bring over a year of professional experience working with children ages 4 months to 5 years, and grew up babysitting kids ranging from 5 to 14 years old. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I have my own car and am happy to assist with light housekeeping or pet care. In addition to my general childcare experience, I have professional experience working with children with ASD as a RBT. This role has equipped me with a strong understanding of child behavior, patience, and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for children with varying needs. I'm detail-oriented, thorough, and always make sure to ask the right questions and communicate clearly so you feel confident in the care I provide.
