About Tiara

First and foremost, proud mama of a beautiful little girl who is 3. I have over eight years of experience with children. I began in my church nursery, which led me to a position at a childcare center. There, I spent four years from Assistant Toddler Teacher to Assistant Infant Teacher, eventually becoming the Lead Infant Teacher, where I gained experience working with multiple children, adhering to a 1:4 ratio. Following my time at this center, I worked as a Case Visitation Specialist for a foster care agency, Hands Across The Water, where I supported families and children involved in the foster system. I am a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have held this certification for nearly two years. In this role, I work with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ranging from 18 months to 10 years old. Currently, I am a full-time nanny for two infants in a nanny share, though my contract will be ending next month. I'm now looking for my next opportunity!
