About Tiara

I am an experienced caregiver with a strong background in working with children of all ages and varying needs, including those on the autism spectrum. I hold certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), and RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), which allow me to provide both compassionate and skilled care. I'm comfortable managing a variety of daily tasks including crafts, light housekeeping, running errands, and laundry. With a patient and attentive approach, I strive to create a supportive, safe, and engaging environment for every child in my care. I like working with kids because they teach you so many things about yourself. They're so inquisitive and have such interesting conversations. I've worked with verbal and nonverbal kids & I've learned so much from them.
