About Tia

I am 19 years old have worked in child care for 3 years as a lead teacher and have been taught manny important skills. Some of the skills that I have learned are, de-escalating challenging situations, communicating with children who are non verbal and with the parents and what their child's need are, multitasking in busy environments, empathy for every one and anyone, patience and remaining calm in stressful situations, and creativity. I have found tremendous fulfillment in caring for children aged 11 months to 12 years, guiding their growth during their most formative years. I am hoping to create a positive impact on young children to show them how to be creative learn new things in a safe and caring environment.
