I love working with kids because they are constantly exploring the world around them, and it's rewarding to be part of that journey. I love being able to teach and guide them, helping shape their understanding, confidence, and values. Knowing that I can have a positive influence on their growth and help them develop into great adults makes the work meaningful and fulfilling. I started working with kids at the age of 15, and now at 22, I've gained several years of hands-on experience in childcare. Over time, I've developed strong skills in patience, communication, and understanding children's different needs and personalities. I also prioritize clear and consistent communication with families, keeping parents informed and involved so there is always trust and understanding.
