About Tianna

Hi! My name is Tianna, and I'm looking for a nanny or babysitting position. I'm 20 years old and have a strong interest in and knowledge of psychology and child development. I have 6 years of experience caring for children from 8 months to 12 years old, including babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age kids. I started babysitting for family at 14, and since then, I've nannied for a family with five children, spent 3 years working with K-5 at the Boys & Girls Club, and currently work as a substitute teacher with all ages. I also have experience supporting children with behavioral challenges, autism, and ADHD. I try to use consistent, developmentally appropriate approaches while adjusting to each child's needs and personality to support them. I enjoy keeping kids active and engaged through outdoor play, crafts, cooking, games, and water activities. Most importantly, I strive to build genuine bonds with kids and be someone they feel comfortable and understood around!
