About Tiana

Hi! I'm Tiana, a licensed behavior analyst with over 8 years of experience supporting students in academics and behavior. I hold a master's in Behavior Analysis and am currently earning a second master's in Special Education for Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8). I work as an ABA Strand Specialist in a public school, where I support students with autism and other diverse learning needs. I specialize in elementary level academics, using evidence-based strategies to build skills in reading, writing, and math. I also have experience supporting nonverbal students and AAC users. My tutoring sessions are structured, engaging, and personalized to each child's needs, with a focus on building both confidence and independence.
