I have experience working with children with special needs through my caregiving and childcare background. In this role, I provide patient, compassionate support to help children with different developmental and behavioral needs feel safe, understood, and encouraged. I assist with daily routines, communication, and activities that support their learning, emotional development, and independence. I focus on creating a positive and structured environment where each child can grow at their own pace. My experience has helped me develop strong skills in patience, observation, and adapting to each child's unique needs. I am also continuing to expand my knowledge by pursuing my bachelor's degree in child and adolescent studies and taking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course to better support children with behavioral and developmental challenges.
