Tiana communicated clearly throughout the hiring process and arrived early to our in person interview, which I appreciated. She was kind, polite, and seemed interested in the position. Unfortunately, she quit the day after accepting the offer but before starting. While I appreciated her transparency, the last-minute change was an inconvenience. I let go of other candidates to hire her. Overall, she presents herself well, but reliability may be something future families want to consider.
