I create a comfortable environment for care recipients. I can also de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, based on their preferences. I offer transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
