About Tiana

I have 9+ years of experience working with kids in numerous fields such as a Gymnastics Coach, Camp Counselor, Kinder/First Grade Teacher's assistant, Afterschool Teacher, Dance Teacher, Babysitter, and Nanny. I have extensive experience with executing fun and enriching activities, taking kids on field trips, teaching problem solving, social emotional relationships, meal-prepping and toilet training. I love taking care of children because I believe it is my life purpose to be a role model for kids and help them reach their potential. This passion has allowed me to create special bonds with the children I work with. When it comes to childcare my approach is to be nurturing and gentle but enforce boundaries and rules-following. I am sweet, caring, outgoing, and silly but can be serious when needed. I recently graduated from UCSB with a bachelor's degree in Communication. Some other skills of mine include cooking, cleaning, gymnastics coaching, gardening, environmental education, etc.
