About Tiana

I've been working with kids for about six years now, including experience with infant twins, and it's truly something I love doing. I just finished my bachelors degree Human Development and Family Sciences at Montana State, so I've learned a lot about how kids grow, learn, and connect with the world around them. I also have early childhood education experience, which helps me come up with fun, age-appropriate ways to keep kids engaged and supported. I'm super patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each child's personality as well as your family! Whether it's helping with daily routines, keeping up with schedules, doing activities, or just being there, I'm ready to help the family out with whatever your needs are! I'd describe my personality as grounded, patient, and fun! I like working with kids because they are so enjoyable to be around, and I love being able to be a supportive person in their lives.
