About Tiana

I've always been a naturally nurturing person, and many who know me have said that working with children is my true calling. My passion for childcare began early and has shaped my life and career. From a young age, I cared for my three younger siblings (changing diapers and making bottles by age 10)! These early experiences sparked a deep love for working with children of all ages and backgrounds. Over the years, I've gained hands on experience in many childcare settings, including roles as a camp counselor, nanny to multiple families, elementary school assistant, and regular babysitter. In every role, I've found joy and fulfillment in supporting children's growth and development. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, allowing me to provide a safe, responsive environment. Childcare is more than a job to me, it's a lifelong passion and purpose.
