About Tiahna

Hi! My name is Tiahna, and I am a master's student in Sport Psychology at Florida State with extensive experience working with children and adolescents. I currently coach high school cross country and track at Chiles Highschool, where I mentor and support student-athletes both on and off the field. I have a background in psychology and youth development, which allows me to create a safe, structured, and positive environment for kids of all ages. I value patience, clear communication, and helping children build confidence and independence. Whether it's homework help, outdoor activities, creative play, or simply providing dependable supervision, I aim to be a calm, responsible, and engaging presence in your child's life.
