Hi, I am here to provide compassionate support to seniors. My approach is rooted in patience and a calm, approachable demeanor, which helps me create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I have some experience with helping seniors - I provided some assistance with laundry, errands, and general safety for my grandfather and I have assisted my mother-in-law for several hours a week for the past 3 years with food prep, errands, home cleaning, and encouragement to doing exercises and walking. I have completed First Aid Training. I can adapt to your needs, from changing routines to de-escalating stressful situations. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I ensure you remain fully informed about your loved one's well-being through frequent communication.
